- * Only ICEEP12 registrants are eligible to apply.
- * Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that rooms may be sold out even before the application deadline.
- * Room availability may increase or decrease without notice.
- * It is not possible to stay in a shared room with applicants other than your accompanying person.
- * Please notify us in advance if you expect to check-in at the hotel later than 10:00 pm [JST = UTC+9] to avoid cancellation of the reservation.
Payment Method: Credit Card (Online)
- * No application will be confirmed in the absence of full payment. The contract shall be executed with our acceptance and receipt of the payment.
- * All payment should be made in Japanese yen only.
- * VISA, MasterCard, American Express and JCB are accepted.
- * Please use a credit card which is valid at least until November, 2026.
- * The payee to be stated on your credit card statement will be “Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd.", though it might be slightly different depending on the card company.
- * It may take two or three months for the transaction to appear on your credit card statement due to the processing cycles of online payment system and credit card companies.

While these transactions are conducted consecutively, the timing of when each transaction appears on your credit card statement may vary due to the processing cycles of online payment system and credit card companies.
